IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan

Certified fitness trainer Brian Bailey of Odenton, Md., encourages his clients to avoid the common tendency to simply copy what others are doing at the gym, as this is “not a long-term strategy.”
Proper nutrition is critical for lasting fitness results, said Bailey—which is precisely why he recommends Isagenix products to his clientele. Bailey recently volunteered to be a training coach for those participating in the Isagenix’s IsaBody Challenge, for which he recommended his IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan.
“Twelve weeks of proper exercise and Isagenix products is an ideal plan for permanent, healthy lifestyle change,” said Bailey. “Couple that with incentives offered by the IsaBody Challenge, such as cash, prizes and recognition, and we’re motivating a lot of people to eat right, train right and reach for their goals.”
The IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan includes strength training and regular cardiovascular training coupled with the use of Isagenix products. As with most exercise plans, the IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan starts with light workouts and becomes more challenging over time. Participants are encouraged to check with their doctors before making any change to diet or level of exercise.
